I’m usually 2 hours into making the selections before the morning of the racing, then another couple hours goes into making sure that I have the best picks possible that day.
I never back odds on. I really don’t see the point in this. Winning isn’t really winning when we put £20 on and our profit isn’t even more than we risk losing.
The strategy is pretty simple.
When I have 2 selections…
Place a £20 Single Bet on each selection + place a £10 Double Bet
When I have 3 selectiosn…
Place a £20 Single Bet on each selection + place a £10 Treble Bet
I use £20/£10 bets, you can use whatevery you want, just make sure that the double/treble is backed at half the stake you are using for the singles.

What starting bank do I need?
This depends on the amount you are staking per win. Remember to place half on the double/treble than you do on the singles. I use a £500 bank to bet at £20/£10 stakes. So a multiple of your max stake of 25 is recommended.
