API Information
Ethereum Rates comes with a in-built API. However, by default this API is about to disallow javascript cross-origin requests. In order to allow this, you’ll have to configure CORS and setup the correct safety measures in your server.
- api/v1/charges – Which will provide you with all the present charges
- api/v1/charges/{forex} – Which will provide you with the present charges for that forex (ex: api/v1/charges/usd)
- api/v1/calculate/{quantity}/{forex} – Which will provide you with the present charge for x quantity of ethereums (ex: api/v1/calculate/2/usd)
How to Install
- Once you have got downloaded the zip file from CodeCanyon.com
- Extract ethereumrates.zip
- Upload the recordsdata to your server through FTP
- Make certain the folder/file(s) is ready to be written to through the server (0775 permissions)
- In the browser, navigate to the place you uploaded the folder
- At the top of this URL put: /set up
- Fill out the shape together with your data/preferences
- Click “install”. This will create the config file and unescape the htaccess recordsdata for the script/API
- For safety causes, you need to take away the set up folder from the server when you find yourself completed!
