It is well documented Api that gives 1,000 API requests per day for free.

Installation
Prepare API keys
- Get Google Places Api Key (https://developers.google.com/places/web-service/get-api-key)
- Get Dark Sky Api Key (https://darksky.net/dev/register)
- Set keys in environment variables (src/environments/environment.ts)
Run App in Browser
- Unzip and go to the project folder
- Install Ionic CLI
npm install -g ionic - Install Libraries
npm install - Run App
ionic serve
